How to Create Killeen Water Bill Pay Account?
- Please click Create New User in the upper right corner if you still need to register an online account.
- By choosing One Time Payment from the left menu, you can make a One-Time Payment without entering your Utility Account.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (254)-501-7800 to reach the Utility Collections office if you need assistance.
Every online account is subject to a $2 processing fee. There is no cost if you pay your bill in person with cash, credit card, cheque, or money order. If you proceed with the online payment, you consent to paying the $2 processing fee.

Killeen Water Bill Payment Fee and Timing
After 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, payments will be piad the following business day. All payments received after 5:00 p.m. There will be extra charges on the due date, Central Standard Time. Weekend and holiday payments will be posted on the next regular working day. Keep the confirmation as proof of purchase.
Remember: Take precautions not to submit duplicate payments. The Killeen Water City is not responsible for any charges, fees, etc., resulting from mistaken or duplicate payments.
Attention: Due to daily system maintenance, payments cannot be processed through the system between 1:00 and 4:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). Do not try to post payments during these hours, please.
After payment is received, you must contact the company office if your account is delinquent to avoid having your service disconnected. Contact the company office at (254)501-7800 before 1:45 p.m. if your water service has been disconnected—Central Standard Time for same-day reconnecting.
